Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in the historic center of the city, 15 minutes' walk to Langeron Beach,close to many shops,restaurants and the Music Comedy Theatre. Quatira is suitable for guests with children,as Shevchenko Park,Lunapark and Nemo Dolphinarium are two blocks away. Smoking is only possible on the porch. Quiet and cozy apartment to the sea. Within 3-4 minutes walk there are two beaches and one within 8-10 minutes. You can get to the Gold Coast beach (16th station of the Big Fountain) in 5 minutes by car. The beaches are sparse, with no breakwaters. You can see and hear them from the window. Perfect place to stay from metropolitan areas.
