Great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet and close to the main town centre. Ritchie was very responsive and his parents who were at the property were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was as described and the little food starter pack was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the cabin that Kelson prepared for us. It is very comfortable despite a basic condition. For my mom who is 67 years old, the cabin is perfect as she won't feel comfortable climbing up the tree houses that other nearby locations offer. Kelson took care of us very well and made sure with the driver that we visited the volcano twice as we wished and not going to places that we don't want to go. The second volcano visit in early morning is very worthwhile and you can only do it if you live close by. Kelson also showed us around his farms and the meals are tasty. Overall we would like to recommend this place to everyone who wants to make the volcano trip worthwhile.

Nicole's house was perfect for our stay. I was travelling with my students and we had a lot of activities scheduled in the city so location was perfect. Super easy to jump on a bus if we needed to go anywhere too. The four bedrooms were large enough with beds for everyone. We were a group of 8. The lounge room and kitchen space are both very big and everything was very clean. The garden is beautifully maintained. There is a bit noise at night (mainly Friday and Saturday night) but that's to be expected if you stay in town. The house is very well secured and we felt absolutely safe. Nicole was outstanding in terms of communication and Caroline was wonderful too. I could not have picked a better place for our study tour. Thank you so much for everything we will will most definitely return in the near future. Highly recommended for large groups.

It was Pleasure to stay here and meet Juss and locals. A place to connect with nature and happy livings. If oneself wants to disconnect to rest of the world then it’s a perfect place to stay. Only recommendations to Juss to have a solar panel rather than generator. Peace is at its peak here!

A slice of paradise - Our stay at Turtle Bay Beach House was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, Alex went above and beyond to make sure our experience was absolutely perfect. Not only did he personally pick us up from the airport, but he also took us to local shops and markets, shared fantastic recommendations for tours and activities, and even handled the bookings for us. No request was too big or too small - Alex was always there to answer our questions and help make our trip everything we had hoped for. What made our stay even more special was having Alex on-site, sharing meals with us, and making us feel completely at home. The accommodation itself is unbelievable - secluded, serene, and surrounded by the natural beauty of Santo. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and experience the best of Vanuatu. The Jetty is in a beautiful peaceful spot on the water in Surunda Bay. You will see picture perfect sunrises and you might even see a turle or two, if you look closely. The Jetty is well equipped and has everything you need. There is a couple of really great restaurants a few minutes drive away and close to most attractions on the East Coast. Robyn the host is very responsive and helpful. My husband and I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed our stay both times.

Matthew and his family picked me up and took me by boat to Santo so I could get supplies for my stay at Lapita The house was brilliant! Plenty of space, great areas to relax and look at the ocean. The beach at the front was perfect for swimming and snorkelling every day. I actually added another 2 days to my stay. I could have moved right in. A bonus for me was the farm dogs popping up for visits and the cows were beautiful. If you are looking for a spot to unwind and forget your cares, than this is the perfect place for you. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and supported by Matthew and his family. I had THE best time

The house is in an absolutely beautiful location. It caters extremely well for a group of up to 8 adults with a well appointed kitchen, dining and lounge and spacious outdoor living with comfy furniture. Breakfast at the resort each day was delicious and fresh. Thursday night Melanesian feast and fire twirling show was fantastic. Unfortunately, there were many things that did not work well in the house and it is in need of a maintenance overhaul. Fridge did not get cold enough, air con only worked in main bedroom and some of the fans did not work, internet was very sporadic, therefore Netflix was useless unless you download before you arrive, plumbing issues in ensuite bathroom causing flooding of floor, bath has an enormous crack through it so we didn't use it at all. Even with these maintenance issues, I would return at any chance, mostly because of the beautiful little island it is situated on. We had a fabulous family holiday and I would absolutely recommend this house.
