Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

This home was recently remodeled and while it's over 100 years old, it was taken down to its studs and is now basically a brand new house. It's clean, modern, efficient, and so very comfortable. It boasts a gorgeous brand new kitchen with gas for cooking, dishwasher, brand new oven and refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and brand new with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Smart Tv's and wifi and a cozy gas fireplace all for your enjoyment. The screened-in porch is the best place to be!

The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area.
