Two floor loft is situated on top floor, has sauna, balcony and open terrace. There are 3 rooms and all amenities for a pleasant stay. It’s ideal stay for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. There is open living room with nice modern kitchen including all utensils needed for cooking. Bedroom on 1st floor has 2 comfortable single beds, wardrobe, darken curtains. Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen-size bed is open to living room downstairs. Living room sofa-bed can be opened for 2 if needed. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilets, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, flat TV and high-speed WiFi. The floor is from wooden parquet, ceiling is 5 m high, there are large windows and sea view. Safe parking space in the building is available on request. Our apartment is meant for families or trustful group of friends. Parties, events or loud noise are not allowed. Apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only outside the building. My place is like a green oasis in the city centre: 20 minute walk to Old Town. It has a bedroom-living room with a four poster king-size bed and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for one, dining kitchen and toilet-bathroom.
