Enjoy the fresh renovated (May 2022) modern apartment in a centre of old town at the 15 century Medieval Merchant house. Apartment has everything you need for an amazing stay. Living room with kitchen at first floor and bedroom with working table on the second floor. Apartment is very easily accessible, located in the first floor in the quiet area, in the centre of old town so all you need is in a walking distance (restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping centres, museums, cinemas, sightseeings etc).

Central penthouse, own rooftop terrace and jacuzzi

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval old town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Very fast internet, 200mb/s both download and upload speed.

The heart of wooden house district which is among the prettiest in Tallinn. 1 bedroom and spacious living area with kitchen. Sleeping places for up to 4 people. Welcome to a real home, not a typical 'rental'. Kalamaja (fish house) is a quiet neighborhood close the vibrant Noblessner waterfront, Telliskivi creative area and a 20min walk into old-town. The apartment is in a 1951 Stalin era building with high ceilings and thick walls. The quiet 1-bedroom faces the garden with evening sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen, a monitor and keyboard for setting up a remote office. A nice sound system, guitar and a bike available for use.

Perfect location, walk everywhere! 2 min to Old Town, close to harbour and sightseeing. 10 min to trendy Telliskivi with all the cafes, bars and restaurants. Supermarket just around the corner. 10 min walk to main train station Balti jaam. The neighborhood is semi enclosed and very safe. Ran by a real local independent host.
