The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Probably the best option for staying in Santiago!! The apartment is impeccable, with a surprising view of the mountain range, it is spacious, extremely safe and very well located (literally next to a subway station and on one of the main avenues of the neighborhood). In addition, Po Wen was very helpful from the first contact and always made everything he could for our stay, even before check-in. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often!

Don Pablo had the best reception, very attentive, polite and above all concerned, the place was impeccable, with everything you need, a very comfortable place and close to places like Movistar and Fantasilandia. Wonderful apartment with the most amazing 180• views of the colorful hills and sea. Very walkable area and easy to take the metro to Viña Del Mar. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Great stay, highly recommend.

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.
