The house is located in front of the museum of the great Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, who in 1953 began building a house in Santiago for Matilde Urrutia, his then secret love. In her honor he named it “La Chascona”, which was the nickname he gave her because of her abundant red hair. House Boutique is located right in front of La Chascona on Chucre Manzur Street.
