Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Valleraugue, Val-d'Aigoual

Very pleasant stay. Well-equipped, clean cottage with a great fireplace that creates a very nice atmosphere. Good bedding. Small surprise on arrival, these are not two real independent and closed "rooms" but two night "spaces" communicating with each other by an opening with a simple curtain. But we've adapted . I suggest specifying it in the description because it's not obvious from the photos. Overall nice cottage, very functional, very pleasant. Not disappointed. Want to go back!

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

We had an exceptional and rejuvenating stay! The cottage is very well-equipped and so pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and terrace, where the views are breathtaking. We were extremely well hosted by Christophe, who was waiting for us in front of the house and spent time with us to give us the right tips for the area. The house is amazing; it is large, quiet and cool with lots of character and a nice terrace. The surrounding nature is beautiful. There are many swimming spots and beautiful walks to take on foot.

We had a great time at Dominique's cottage. The environment is beautiful. The accommodation is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. Dominique is very welcoming. The pool is a real plus with views of nature. A relaxing place to unwind. I recommend it!

Christelle was a welcoming host and full of good tips for walks and villages to visit nearby. His cottage is a little slice of heaven in the middle of the Cévennes. There's even a hiking trail at the bottom of the cottage, no need to take the car! I recommend

We felt very comfortable in Frederic's house. It is nicely decorated with the countless books. If you turned on the light on the terrace in the evening, you could watch a beautiful natural spectacle with many butterflies and bats directly above you. If you are looking for peace and solitude, you will find it here. It is not far down to the river where you can refresh yourself very well. For a supermarket or a restaurant visit, however, you are dependent on a car.

We were looking for a peaceful place to recharge our batteries and introduce our children to nature! Everything came together! Fabulous cottage, very clean!! A caring host, very good cook!! Indeed we were able to eat fresh, local products, everything we were looking for! +++ for the homemade yogurt and delicious butternut squash soup. The little extra that delighted us: Véro brings our dishes directly to our accommodation, we really appreciated this service (in fine weather the meals are served on a small terrace outside, which must be very nice!). We had an unexpected break at Cinthia's. Every detail is designed for our well-being. We had a great time sharing and laughing. We discovered lots of relaxation devices that we can easily buy. We weren't able to try everything in 3 days, it's too short. We'll be back, we have to.

We had a great time at Pierrick's! He was super nice, welcoming and really caring throughout the stay. The accommodation was as advertised and we felt comfortable right away. I recommend it without hesitating!

A beautiful house with an exceptional exterior: magnificent setting and view, playground for young and old, swimming pool, access to the river, many nice little corners to rest (a hammock as a bonus!). The kitchen is large and very well-equipped, the dining room and living room, pleasant. Great bedding too! Good to know: you have to go through the bedroom with single beds to access the other two bedrooms and a bathroom.

My wife, eight month old daughter and I had a wonderful 7 nights stay at Nathalie’s place. As other reviews have described it’s very peaceful and the view from the terrace is second to none. We had many bbqs and the heated pool was a big plus. The house had all amenities and Nathalie was always quick and helpful to come back on any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

What an amazing place! It was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in the heart of nature, the setting was absolutely serene—surrounded by trees, birdsong, and beautiful views in every direction. Everything was perfect! The house, the view, the nature, the region, the host… all of us were very extremely happy to stay at Olivier’s place.

The atmosphere there is really great. It is very quiet and feels like it is in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, the great bakery, a small supermarket and a nice restaurant are within a five-minute walk. The vintage style of the furnishings and the garden with two terraces and pool make the stay perfect. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lézan is very village-like but well suited as a starting point for excursions. The tips and advice from Fabrice were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there and it has everything you need for a vacation. Be sure to visit the organic winemaker next door and buy wine!
