Vacation rentals with a patio in Valle de Ricote

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia took care of us with a lot of understanding and attention.

I can recommend the accommodation without reservation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Only the B&B is accessible via the stairs, so for older people with mobility issues it is quite difficult

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The stay in the apartment has been super pleasant. It is newly renovated, well kept and with incredible taste. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The windows perfectly soundproof the noise that could come from the street and we did not hear anything despite the town being in the San Juan festivities. In addition, Macarena was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for eating and breakfast. She's a super thoughtful host and I would definitely recommend it!

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It's a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case, we were going to rest and enjoy the house, so it wasn't a problem. Communication with the host has been very quick and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was very clean, well equipped and just like the pictures. The location was quiet and ideal for excursions in the area. What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

The experience has been very good. On the first day, Jose Ramón (Ainhoa's father) welcomed us, being very kind and explaining everything we needed to know about the accommodation and recommendations for the area and the stay. The place has a house for about 4 people with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. It also has a large patio with a barbecue, perfect for people who go with pets. In my case, the visit was with a husky, who spent 5 happy days running around the yard. Finally, I'd like to point out that Jose Ramón left us some delicious lemons from his lemon tree (if anyone visits the accommodation, ask him about those lemons, they're worth it).

Very good location and nice owners. They respond quickly to messages, and the apartment is very nice and well maintained.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Everything was perfect, a highly recommended place. Javi has been 10/10 and the accommodation is as advertised. If I go back to Elche, I'll definitely come back here.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
