I would highly recommend this lovely house for anyone looking to stay in the area. The house was spotless and welcoming, and the pool was a wonderful highlight for us. Great place to stay and excellent host

The house was not lacking in detail. From razors to an air fryer. The attic room, the best in the house, has air conditioning and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is very well located, in the old town, with good restaurants nearby. The owner is very attentive and kind. Worth repeating.

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It's a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case, we were going to rest and enjoy the house, so it wasn't a problem. Communication with the host has been very quick and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

We spent a weekend as a couple with our dogs and we had a wonderful time. The views and the setting are amazing. Ideal to disconnect, very quiet. Both the outdoor and indoor areas are very well-equipped, we didn't miss anything. The hosts are lovely, excellent service. We will definitely repeat.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

The experience has been very good. On the first day, Jose Ramón (Ainhoa's father) welcomed us, being very kind and explaining everything we needed to know about the accommodation and recommendations for the area and the stay. The place has a house for about 4 people with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. It also has a large patio with a barbecue, perfect for people who go with pets. In my case, the visit was with a husky, who spent 5 happy days running around the yard. Finally, I'd like to point out that Jose Ramón left us some delicious lemons from his lemon tree (if anyone visits the accommodation, ask him about those lemons, they're worth it).

This is an amazing villa - even better than the photos. We stayed in Françoise’s villa for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The villa is palatial - lots of space for the family and very well appointed. It’s very close to the beach too. Françoise went out of her way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would love to stay here again.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

I had a very pleasant experience in this apartment. The location is excellent, close to downtown Alicante, which makes it very easy to walk to virtually anywhere: restaurants, shops, the promenade, everything is close. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, even more cozy in person. The decor is simple but tasteful, and everything was clean and well kept. I felt very comfortable from the first moment. It is clear that they have paid attention to the details. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly at all times. He responded quickly and was very attentive. In short, I totally recommend this place for those who want to enjoy Alicante from a central, beautiful and faithful point to what is promised. If I go back to the city, I wouldn't hesitate to repeat it.

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

The place was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but also the view of the sea and the city lights was simply breathtaking. It was a real highlight to watch the passing planes. The hospitality of Dietmar and Ann-Charlotte was exceptional. The beautiful apartment is very quiet and the bed is really very comfortable! We can recommend the place 100%. Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always available if we had any questions.

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

A very nice house for a family vacation, it really met our expectations.

My family and I thank Ashley and Gemma for allowing us to stay in the villa. Ashley was very helpful and proactive when needed, an excellent host. Additional thanks to Ulrika and Daniel for their help and advice about local restaurants.

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

We have nothing but words of gratitude for Rosa. We wanted to disconnect, be calm and rest and the cottage was ideal for that. Super intimate, comfortable, with everything you need in terms of cooking or cleaning, and super well maintained. I wouldn't change a thing, it was an amazing weekend. Thank you!
