Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in quiet, older blocks a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. It is fine for a family 4-6 people or colleagues on the business trip. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Adjacent to the orangery there is a patio. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6 SEK/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

Arbetsplats med skön arbetsstol. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt i lilla charmiga Lund, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse här. 10 minuters promenad till mitten av centrum. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

This place was perfect for a stop over on our way from Oslo. David welcomed us in person and explained all we needed to know. The apartment was very clean, bed is super comfortable and location is great - small neighborhood but only 15 mins walk from Lund center. Highly recommend!

We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful days in the lovingly furnished cottage. Tord and his wife are very nice and we felt right at home. Everything is available as described. Breakfast and dinner were served in the green garden by the pond. In bed, we slept like marmots. We would like to thank you again and give a clear recommendation.

Very nice room that had everything you needed, even if it was small. Everything was provided and prepared to make sure the stay was easy and nice! The location is ideal, very close to the central station and the main squares in Lund! Everything is within 5-10 minutes walk. Barbro was really nice and open, I could use her kitchen and garden whenever I wanted and could use her washing machine as well. I felt very free to do and go as I pleased, which was very nice. It was really nice to stay in Barbro’s house and to have some private and some shared spaces!
