Outside there is a terrace with a grill and garden area with spectacular views of the beach and sunset. The house is located in the village of Caión, a 5-minute walk from the square and 8 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the city of A Coruña.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
