The house is located 1 km from Åram ferry dock and 4 km from Hakallegarden, where there is also a nice beach. There is also a grocery store 1.5 km away. From Hakallestranda you can go on day trips to the surf paradise Hoddevika, Loen Skylift, Geiranger, Runde and Ålesund.
