This flat was absolutely lovely! Check-in was a breeze, and Cheryl was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We did encounter a water issue upon arrival, but Cheryl immediately stepped in, swiftly moving us to an even more amazing flat just a short walk away. She's truly a super host with great communication and always on hand to help. The new apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and boasted super-fast Wi-Fi plus three wonderful verandahs. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with walkable beaches and a fantastic choice of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

The ‘Nest’ feels a home away from home. Located less than 5 minutes by foot from the Talpona Jetty/beach, you’ll find yourself in a quiet yet convenient area. The host, Renu, was super attentive to our questions & requirements & attended to everything before we checked in. She took care of our dog’s requirements such that Millie felt right at home. Her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The house has everything a guest would need & more. Small details like stickers on the switch’s enlighten you. The sit out & garden area was great for Millie & an evening drink. The place is tastefully decorated, simple yet beautiful. The beach was deserted & the soft sand & low waves made it like a dream. It’s the perfect place to check in if you are entering Goa via Karwar. The local drink, ‘Urak’ was specially arranged on request & it’s the first time I’ve had the best Urak ever. Chose the place based on the photos seen on the site, and also as it checked most of the boxes for us. I must say that the 3 nights and days spent here by 6 of us and our pet lab were worth every penny and memorable. Sanjay is a wonderful host who was always forthcoming and proactive in communication with us. Hillary the house manager and Angelica the maid were both very aware and responsive to our requirements. The house is very tastefully done and everything worked perfectly. Cleanliness was spot on and all linen/utensils etc were as good as new. The thoughtful gesture of having a lot of wonderful eats/drinks available for consumption was indeed a highlight that speaks volumes about the warmth and care from Sanjay's side. Overall I will highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a large family unit with pet in the quiet south Goa region. Totally worth it!

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.

Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings.
