Cozy and recently renovated with a new bed, new fridge and new kitchen appliances.

(Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($95).

However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
