Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!

Situated on a scenic hill in a wooded country setting, it’s like waking up in a state park every morning. Just 20 minutes East of Columbus in Alexandria, Oh. Forget the city noise and enjoy wooded hiking trails just outside your door. This apartment has its own private driveway and entrance and is totally separate from our space. Minutes from St. Rt. 16 for easy access to Intel, Licking Memorial Hospital, Denison, and Amazon. 25 minutes to Columbus. Long term bookings are welcome.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The cottage on Wiggin is one block from all restaurants, bars and a coffee shop. This location is close to everything and anything you would like to see at the Kenyon College campus.
