One hour from Jotunheimen with 255 of Norway's 300 mountain peaks over 2000 meters. And if you want urban city life, it is fifteen minutes to drive to the charming village of Fagernes. Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. NOK 75 per passing up to the hut by automatic camera-monitored toll road. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer, and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter. Bed linen and towels included!

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.

Our appartment is quite central with easy access to many of Geilos activities and the surounding nature. The apartment is very modern and self contained. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. Only 150 m walk you find the Ski bus stop, Bakery, Swimming pool, Bar and the locals favourite restaurant Sofia's. 10 min walk to Slaata heisen and the ski area Slaata. We wish you a great stay!
