Welcome to the Appenzellerland, in the valley of the New Year's Eve castles, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a beautiful seating area, directly at the Urnäsch (stream) and the post office car stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the '70s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to stay, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, my parents live in the other part of the house (own entrance), but this does not affect them.

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Large apartment (70 m2) on the outskirts of Appenzell. Maximum 3 persons. Minimum stay 3 nights. Own parking space. Own entrance. Private balcony. 10 minutes' walk from the train station. 12-minute walk to the village. 15 minutes by car or train to the mountains. 2 bikes (size M) incl.
