The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Welcome to Kyrkenäs, our idyllic house at Näshult that we rent out when we are not there ourselves. The house is located all by itself in the forest and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door. The evening sun invites you to linger on the old wooden bench of the large dining table or on the terrace. The best way to end cool winter evenings is in front of the fireplace in the living room or go outside to the fireplace sauna - adjacent to the goat farm with its own cheese production.
