Spacious, in a fantastic area, and very walkable!

Our home is close to Magazine St, the St Charles Streetcar, the Prytania Theatre, Whole Foods, Crepe Nanou, St James Cheese and Creole Creamery. We are less than a mile from Tulane and Loyola Univs, and Audubon Park & Zoo. Our neighborhood has tree lined streets, Victorian and Ante-Bellum architecture and is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Our guest suite overlooks a beautiful pool and peaceful gardens in uptown New Orleans. It is 5 blocks to the St Charles streetcar and walking distance to restaurants, music clubs and streetcars. It has a luxuriously comfortable bed, high ceilings and large windows with garden views. Due to COVID-19, we re-emphasize our policy that the pool is only available for use by our guests. This studio accommodates up to 2 people and we cannot allow parties.

This historic New Orleans property was renovated top to bottom, enjoy a comfortable yet stylish space, with all the amenities of a private home(No shared walls). Private exterior courtyard for guests’ use. There are two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) with en-suite baths. The minimum age to book our property is 25 yrs of age. Must be verified.
