An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving gourmet food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths . The Lodge is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens. Early and late check-in/out may be possible.

Pad in Pinhoe

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot or small camp/airbed could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food. Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost.

The village pub is next door, there are two more excellent pubs also serving food in the neighbouring village and a highly regarded farm shop about 3 miles away.

An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Funky, compact ,self contained cabin in stoke canon near Exeter with free off road parking, garden and lovely country views. 10 min drive into Exeter/Exeter university & St Davids train station. Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. Regular buses into Exeter and the village has a shop,PO and pub that does takeaways and Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and very private. Suitable for a couple or individual.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
