House vacation rentals in Upper Arlington

Words cannot describe how awesome our experience was. The decor was fabulous. The amenities were beyond what we expected. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The neighborhood was was walkable and close to a small community park. A few minutes drive will get you to downtown Westerville or Polaris Mall. A variety of grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The woodsy setting gave us the feeling of seclusion. If you are looking for a family escape or a girls/guys getaway, this is the place to be.

Our host was extremely communicative and helpful, instructions were clear and the home was exactly as described. Amenities were top-notch--the pool was enjoyed by all and the other outdoor areas were terrific. With our large group, there was plenty of room to gather (as well as smaller spaces for close conversation!) for meals and time together.

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

We had the most fun and relaxing weekend here, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking in the gorgeous surroundings, and sharing meals in the comfortable and homey kitchen and dining areas. Char was a wonderful host! She clearly communicated instructions, provided suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, and made us feel welcome in her home. I would highly recommend staying here for a gathering with family/friends!

Second time staying in this location and absolutely love it. Great home and location! We love the pool/hot tub it is huge and perfect to relax in! I can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back for round 3!

Great place, close to a lot of what Columbus has to offer. Hot tub was great to relax in. Parking was easy as well, street parking but the spot in front of the house was available the whole time we were there.

Oh my, where to start? Rick and Amy were so so SO easy to deal with! The check-in info was easy and clear. My 2 adult children and I each had our own room for privacy and beds that were meant for adults to sleep comfortably—no daybed or pullouts! The kitchen had everything for cooking, but we only made coffee since there were so many wonderful restaurants within an easy drive. When we were finally in for the evening, it was wonderful to have such comfortable furniture to lounge in and on as we shared pictures from the day and made plans for the next. Rick checked with us partway through our stay to see if we had questions or any problems. Check out was another breeze, so simple. If my WI daughter and PA son and I have another rendezvous in Columbus, I will immediately check for Rick and Amy’s availability. My kids, who their mother raised to have appreciation for the efforts of others, agree.

Beautiful place - we stayed with our animal family and it was the fave stay of our cross country trip. The neighbors were friendly helpful and welcoming. The two-car garage was much appreciated as was the mud-free backyard (we rolled thru after severe thunderstorms). We walked down the street to get pizza and drinkies and LOVED the town. We hope to come back without our fur family. The place is super gorgeous with lux materials & furnishings in a gracious historic home. Benjamin was super responsive and helpful..a great host! Highly recommend! All paws, fins and thumbs up 😻

Galena is a beautiful, clean, peaceful town. Jennie’s home was comfortable & inviting. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and a huge fenced yard for the pup!

Kimberleigh was fantastic, and incredibly responsive. Excellent house, clean, in a great location.

My coworker and I absolutely loved this place! We had mentioned coming back just for the beauty of it. We were able to check in so easily, even after getting off of a late flight that evening. We had a tad bit of a connection issue on the TV, but they were there immediately to get us fixed up! This house is absolutely stunning, and I would recommend it to anyone!

This home was easy to find and easy to access. The location was good, everything we needed and wanted to do was within just a few minutes drive. It's a cute home. Nice area.

This was our first family trip to OH for a wedding from San Francisco and Jp’s place was absolutely perfect. Centrally located between Columbus and the wedding venue and allowed for quick trips to all the places we needed! Also immaculately designed. The layout allows for lovely communal time in the beautiful open kitchen living room area, and the three gorgeous bedrooms are tucked away for privacy and tranquility. Our young children felt right at home and have already asked if we can go back. We’ll certainly be using Jp’s place whenever we travel to OH to visit family. A wonderful stay! Also Jp was so accommodating with an earlier check in as we took a red eye and arrived with a very exhausted 4 and 6 yr old. Lastly we arrived during a “heat dome” and likely the hottest weekend that Dublin will experience and everytime we came back to the house it was the perfect temperature. We can’t wait to go back!

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the space and the expansive view of the garden through the large windows is spectacular. And listening to all the wonderful birds in the cluster of the bamboo is a real treat. We will definitely come here again in the future.

This house was excellent. We were only in town for one night and had an emergency change of plans. The host was very flexible and quick to respond to help us find housing for the night. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. It seems very safe. Private parking is hard to find in the city and this stay provided ample space. Everything was clean and as described. We enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Overall a 5 star rating for what we paid. The house is clean, everything worked just fine. We had more than enough space. The area at first seemed scratchy, but we stayed to ourselves and were just fine. We would stay again.

Absolutely loved staying here. Was in Columbus for a festival and this place hit every mark I could ask for. Great local surroundings, so much to do and everything is so close by.

Host had everything one needs. I brought shampoo and soap and toilet paper and all was provided. Didn’t need to bring hat dryer or a fan. Great stay.
