You'll love the place because of the setting that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The eat-in kitchen + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).

Very quiet and centrally located bungalow half in the beautiful Marienhafe. Cozy living room , satellite TV and garden seating area in the countryside. Large closet in the bedroom. Parking at the house entrance. Village center 5 min walk: restaurants (Italian/Greek), shopping. Emden, the spa town of Greetsiel and Norddeich (ferry to Norderney, Langeoog, Baltrum and Juist) are all within 15 minutes by car. No pets! Complete washing of pillows/blankets and covers.

Relax in our "hunting apartment" in a 650-year-old farmhouse in ancient rooms with history....90 sqm carefully and sustainably renovated and modernized. Extremely private and invisible - can be reached via a 1 km private path with a railway barrier, which can only be reached by two other parties (including Farmers). The access is through its own gate. Private, small forest and meadow (>5,000 sqm) overlooking pastures and wildlife (rabbits, pheasants and deer).
