Vacation rentals with breakfast in Unterwössen

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Great spot! Serene location, about 35 minute bus ride (132 bus) to the city center. Alex is a great host and the space was just perfect for me!

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for a few days at Lake Tegernsee. Michaela is a good-hearted person and always cares about the well-being of the guest. From the first moment you feel like you're in Grandma's room and incredibly comfortable. There was a varied breakfast every morning and nice conversations where it will go in the day. Michaela always had tips ready and good advice on how best to get to the hiking destinations by public transport. At the end of my stay, I got a cold and promptly got a tea pot and kettle. Really a very great stay, which I can only recommend to everyone. The accommodation also included a piece of terrace, which invites you to linger in warm temperatures. 100 m around the corner is directly the lake, 10 minutes away the nearest bus stop. If you also like to wake up in the morning with cow bells and horses, this is the place to be.

I have experienced Monika as a very accommodating hostess who welcomed me with a cup of tea despite arriving late. As pleasant as the reception is also Monika's entire offer: everything super clean, comfortable and a service that I can't imagine better. I will be happy to come back!

It was a wonderful stay! Every morning we got a very nice breakfast to start our day! Would definitely come back again!

We stayed in a small apartment with kitchen and bathroom for four nights. The room has everything you need. Bed very comfortable, breakfast with generous selection. The sauna (space for a maximum of 4 people) and the fitness area is also rather small, but great that both were usable. we would come back;)

Great place and nice apartment.

Bettina and Stefan were great, we had a nice stay. Took the S-Bahn into Munich, station only 10-15 min walk away. The breakfast was great, left us well nourished for quite a while!

I loved the short stay. In the place it is nice and quiet, but you have to walk to the lake yourself because everything is private. Entering is strictly prohibited. In the apartment, she has great ideas where you can go and look at something. Loved it. The apartment also has everything to offer and the bed is super comfortable.

The flat is well situated, with easy access to the Isar walking path, places to eat, zoo. It was quiet and fit our needs well.

nice 3 day stay

Sonja‘s place was in a great location, easily accessible to the ubahn station & just 2 stops to the hauptbahnhof. The place was quiet & in a great neighbourhood with supermarkets & shops close by. We had all the amenities we needed and were able to cook easily in the kitchen. Sonja was a great communicator & sent through very clear directions & even video‘s prior to our arrival. We would highly recommend her place. Thanks Sonja for a great stay.

Philipps place was perfect for my stay. The apartment had all amenities to make my stay comfortable and homely. Communication was easy and efficient at all times. Obviously the views were wonderful. As I stayed for work purposes I can't comment on vicinity to tourist attractions. But I can only recommend Philipps place overall.

Kristin's B&B is an amazing place to stay. Kristin is the best host ever. The bedroom was wonderful, with a nice balcony and clean! The breakfast was excellent and extensive. Highly recommended!

We are particularly grateful for the tips and recommendations for our day activities. This was very helpful and pleasant. For example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in the Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned here. We felt very comfortable in the house and can or must definitely recommend this stay. The room was very nice and offers the best rest in the middle of nature. I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Gerda was a fantastic host. We arrived a little later than expected but that was not a problem. Despite our lack of German, we were always well helped and given tips to explore the area. The surroundings are fantastic and very quiet. Close to the elevator to the top. The room itself was very clean as well as the communal kitchen. We really felt at home there. We definitely recommend this stay and may come back in another season.

Thanks for hosting me. It was a quick stay, but I enjoyed it. Roman’s partner was very friendly and welcoming. The place was perfect, all activities in Kaprun and Zell am see are within driving distance.
