Vacation rentals with a patio in University Heights

My son and I stayed there for a little family reunion get together. We were 10 minutes from my family. Apartment the apartment was so cute. The area was really nice and quaint. The best part was coming back home and sitting on the balcony. And just enjoying the neighborhood.. it was really hard to leave. There are a lot of stores and places to eat and walking distance. A melting pot of history in that area. Even if you wanna go downtown, you could take the train. The station is maybe five minutes away. Excellent location!! The place is exactly how the photos described. I really enjoyed my stay and whenever I return to Cleveland, Dani will be my first and only choice.

Chad was a very helpful host! We had an issue with getting into the airbnb and he responded back immediately. He also quickly addressed any questions we had during our stay. The airbnb is in a nice location for exploring the general Cleveland area - it's also very close to the zoo if that's something you're looking to do. I would stay here again!

We were in Cleveland for College graduation. Great location, walkable to everything we needed to do. Great restaurants, bars, stores around this location. Room was as described in listing, check in and check out easy. Building clean and security great going in and out. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others visiting the Cleveland area. You will be very satisfied.

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! Fun space that was in a perfect spot for a show we were going to at the Roxy / Munhall’s. The apartment was walkable to many other businesses in the area. The host kindly left us small surprises, like great snacks and a coupon to the restaurant directly under the apartment (highly recommend taking advantage of it, great burritos there). We would definitely love to stay again if ever in the area!

Grave was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times. She's super friendly and the home was peaceful, spacious, and worth more than I paid!

This place is GREAT. It reminded me of the old days of airbnb, where the hosts might actually live there part of the year. It had everything you could possibly need. It’s a lovely, charming, classic Cleveland 1920s build. It’s close to the lake, with access to an amazing park that overlooks the water. Euclid beach is just down the street. Easy to get to downtown. I have only positive things to say and I hope to stay here next time I return!

This house was excellent, and Jenny was fantastic to work with! We needed to extend and she was responsive, accomodating, and easy to work with when plans were uncertain. Definitely an old quirky house, but that just added to the charm. We were in town for the D3 Baseball College World Series, and if we're back next year I would absolutely come back!

Words don’t even describe how fantastic this house is. Beautiful, clean, well stocked, quiet and secluded but close to town. The bedroom had so much space and the best views of the lake. One of the most comfortable beds we have encountered while traveling. Having the lake and dock right there was perfection for me. I’m such a water person and having time on the kayaks in the afternoon and following up with a fire made for most relaxing day. It was truly hard not to stay a couple of extra nights. We also had the opportunity to meet Kristen and Phillip while kayaking and they are just the nicest of people. All around a perfect stay. We will 1000% be staying again.

Shannon’s home truly felt like our home away from home. We had a wonderful stay—it was spotlessly clean, located in a very safe neighborhood, and offered so many thoughtful amenities that we didn’t even need to pack much. The charming personal touches throughout the house, like the vintage Harry Potter books and the unique headboard made from an old door, were especially impressive. Shannon’s excellent communication and warm hospitality made everything even better. She responded to our questions promptly, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. We’d happily return again. Thank you, Shannon!

It was very spacious and we used the dining table as our office. Paula the host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a situation that needed her immediate attention and she was quick to respond and jump into action. We will continue to prioritize her properties when looking for accommodations in the Cleveland area.

Paulina and Gabriel are warm, caring and responsive hosts. They went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant experience. Their home is very cozy and incredibly clean. We give them our highest rating and endorsement.

We had a great time staying at Stephen and Amy’s place! We picked it because of its proximity to CVNP. And also because of the peacocks…they were definitely a unique aspect that I’ve never encountered at an AirBnB. The place was clean, well appointed, and had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4 with two little ones. Also, the grounds are beautiful! We enjoyed eating meals outside in their various outdoor seating areas, sitting on the swinging bench by the small koi pond—our 2 year old had a blast feeding the koi—and soaking in the hot tub at night. All in all one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

We had such a wonderful 10 day stay! This home is right on the lake and watching the sunsets from the back deck or living room were so beautiful! It’s spacious with plenty of room for the family! I will caution that 2 of the bedrooms are on 1st floor and each have queen size beds. There are 3 steps to get down to the next bedroom suite, it has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom suite and 2nd bathroom are in the basement. Beds were comfy, TV’s were large and WiFi worked great! This home is located so close to restaurants and shopping also points of interest in Lake and Cuyahoga counties. We loved this home and have already booked another 10 night stay in September! My son and his family live a few blocks away and I pray that this home is available for our trips for years to come! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and location with us!

Beautiful clean home, walkable to everything downtown Cleveland. Very spacious wouldn’t mind coming back.

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Vincent’s apartment! Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. It is right in the midst of Lakewood bars and restaurants and this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Vincent, for the great hospitality!

A lovely gem of a place. Tina is a great host and I had a blast staying in her home. The location has a lovely view of Lake Erie. There’s a trail along the water and a pier. I woke up listening to the calming sounds of waves which is a delight for me. Tina’s home is clean and she has a fully stocked kitchen and fresh linens. Tina made sure I felt right at home and I am planning to come back and stay here again.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.

I stayed here for two nights during a quick trip to Cleveland and had a great experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.
