Monthly Rentals in Union Park

Several members of our family met in Orlando for a birthday party and we stayed at Angela and Edwin’s place for three nights. It was a great choice!! Prior to arrival we had several questions and the hosts responded quickly and provided answers to all our questions. There were several aspects of the house we really enjoyed. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for our stay. The beds were excellent. Not too firm, and not too soft. Multiple pillows and blankets were provided. The linens smelled fresh. The large size washer and dryer were used more than once as we had an infant in the group. The pool was clean and the safety provided by the fence and key entry was appreciated. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. And the farm-style dining table provided for enjoyable family meals. The location was close to the venue for the party, and had easy access to grocery stores, WalMart, etc. It was a great stay and we would reserve the house again for our family events.

Very comfortable: good bed, hot water, private outdoor area which I used and appreciated. A safe and friendly neighborhood. Could walk my dog easily in the neighborhood. Private driveway to unload and load my things. Good size and price.

This place was PERFECT for what we needed. Not far from UCF campus. Clean, comfy and cozy. We stayed for 2 days and it had everything we needed. I loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and conveniently located to restaurants, shops, etc. Kyle was very responsive with questions and anything extra we needed. We’ll be back again soon.

Randall is great with communication, very friendly and he was very flexible with our needs. His place is perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. It is very quiet and peaceful. You need a car but many stores and coffee shops are 5 to 10 minutes away. The neighborhood feels very safe. We took a long walk around the area every day. We recommend and would definitely book again in the future if it is available.
