Home was perfect for my family's stay. Loved the location and neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood great for walks. Loved the main space, perfect for my large group to all hang out together!

Wish we had stayed longer just to play the vinyls and watch movies from the wide selection of entertainment! Loved the spacious bedrooms. Location was excellent for what brought us to town. Appreciated the clean linen, well stocked kitchenware, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Thank you Ken for hosting us!

Very comfortable home in an older, safe neighborhood. We stayed with our two children and felt right at home. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make a meal (basic seasonings, oil, coffee, soap). The laundry was great, new machines, supplies available. It was the perfect spot for us to stay for the week.

Mary went above and beyond to make us feel at ease staying at her house. She was thoughtful, kind, accommodating and very responsive. We were in Charlotte for our grandson's graduation from high school. Her home is beautiful and peaceful. We were truly blessed!

Tamara is an excellent host. Proactive, friendly and very responsive. The home is comfortable and clean. Decor and furniture made us feel relaxed. Very nice touches throughout the home. Every amenity was available as described. The home was perfect for our short stay. Tamara provides many extra special touches! The neighborhood is quiet. Tamara gave me quick easy directions to walk from her home to a beautiful 4-mile Greenway. I will definitely book again.

The owners were great to work with and flexible with 2 requests we had while we were there.. I would recommend their place for sure. Our group felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Lots of little extras that were greatly appreciated!

This past weekend, my husband and I, brought our family and kids down from NY to visit. Not only was the house amazing and suited everyone perfectly for our activities, but Michelle and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. From the pool, to the views outdoors, we even saw a family of deer hanging around on the property and the kids loved it, the house was breath taking and so much to do. We will absolutely book here in the future and recommend this property to all future renters.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Stephen’s home was beautiful well kept and very clean. Conveniently located in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Yard and sunroom are fantastic features.

My friends and I had a wonderful time we became sisters on this getaway trip. It was quite clean and roomy. Every one enjoyed the peacefulness. The hosts were great and allowed us to relax and unwind without overloading us with rules and regulations. Yes, rules are in place however, they were not over the top unattainable. The response time from host was impeccable and the instructions were clear.

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We had a wonderful stay here with our dog. We visited loved ones, saw some sights, and enjoyed the town of Waxhaw. Amy’s place was so well-appointed, very clean, and comfortable. She was also super responsive. We really enjoyed the patio in the fenced-in back yard with our pooch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Among the top 5 places I’ve stayed.

Matt was an incredibly attentive and helpful host. From weeks before our reservation he was actively communicating with us on our questions and providing helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the neighborhood—and there was a lot to do and eat! Check-in was a breeze and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The space was beautifully renovated with a nice big kitchen and dining area that was perfect for our family. We especially loved hanging out on the screened in porch at night after our little one went to bed. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Charlotte!
