Second time staying in Rolands place. It is nicely appointed and great for a short or long stay. Great host. Quick response and always kind.

Check-in was easy and fast with clear instructions. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you want to be in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by wonderful places to eat and fun things to do!

The condo unit was located well in a lovely area and easy to locate. The one complaint we had was trying to get an answer on the early checkin that we requested well in advance. The host responded at about 9a that he would try to accommodate us and ask the cleaning crew when theyd be done. When after a couple of hours no reply, i messaged twice again before finally getting a 'yes' at about 1p. Apparently the owners cleaning crew is not responsive.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend in Charlotte! My family of four (with a 6 & 8 year old) had plenty of room and had everything we needed. We always felt safe and had great nights sleep on amazing mattresses. Everything was as advertised, with clear instructions. Finally, it was SUPER quiet. We never heard anyone else around us. Highly recommend!

We booked last minute and the host was able to give us all check-in information in minutes. The location is great and it's very easy to get to Atrium, the Children's Hospital, etc.

Leah was very accommodating,I had asked if I could check in early and because the place was ready I was able to do so, after I checked in she messaged me to make sure everything was good, Leah's place will be my first pick,when in town

Beautiful place and great location. My only comment would be they should upgrade the coffee maker to something with single serve cup instead of a drip with a full pot. Walls are thin but understandable. I could hear every move the guests above made. Overall a good experience

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this place and the 3rd time at a Home Collection property. There's a reason we keep coming back. These are unique AirBnBs, with real care put into furnishings and amenities. They feel like real homes, not ikea-furnished places "built for an AirBnB". And the surrounding neighborhood of this property is gorgeous, with large trees and peaceful streets. If you stay hear, be sure to go to Summit Coffee at the end of the street and try their Ted Lasso bars... to die for! If I have to be nit-picky and provide useful stuff for readers rather than just glowing comments, I'd say the kichenware was "just average" -- basic supplies (and pretty dull knives) which is fine for most people and you can definitely make basic meals. But if you want something other than a non-stick pan, or are looking for a silicon spatula for your eggs, you'll be making due with what they've got or need to bring your own. But don't let that diminish: Definitely 5 STARS overall!

Sylena was an excellent host. My flight was delayed by a day, and she graciously allowed me to stay overnight despite her booking being for two days. The home looked exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I visit Charlotte next time.

Really nice place to stay at in CLT

Kay’s place is conveniently located with accessibility to many stores and restaurants. It is the perfect space with comfortable amenities/features. Kay is super responsive and available to provide information and answer questions. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience.

The rental was absolutely perfect for my visit. Super low key and quiet. Very accessible to downtown. I will definitely use the place again in the future, whenever I visit Charlotte again.

One of the best locations I stayed. It was close to everything we did. Nice cozy place, even had a parking garage which is great, especially because it loves to rain in the Carolinas.
