Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. In the quiet village center of Haiming, on the - 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, nicely furnished. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 10 or 3 minutes on foot) and car (P by the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farm shop, baker, butcher are around the corner, 5 min to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.
