Charming house 5 km from Poreč. The house has 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette. Beautiful private garden with an outside salt pool, shower and bbq. It also has parking place protected from sunshine. Bike trail is 800 m away. The village has one playground and park only 2min away The beach is located 5km from the house. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
