Lying within a 35 minute drive of Split airport along Croatia’s Northern and Central Dalmatia region, this conveniently located property offers guests easy access to all that the region has to offer in addition to being an excellent spot to spend a holiday relaxing by the sea. The villa is approached through the village of Razanj by road to the parking lot next to the villa.

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
