Vacation rentals with lake access in Ulster

Fiddlestone lodge is a stunning property. We went as a family of 14 and felt we all had our own privacy, as the house is so spacious. The outdoor area by the hot tub is an amazing social area - we spent most of our time there. The games area was well used too. The barbecue was top of the range and had the whole family fed in no time!! Nick is so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peter is a great host. We stayed for two nights for a wedding but would have loved to have had time to stay longer. The house facilities were excellent and of a high standard. We hope to get back for another visit! Thank you Peter 👌

We really enjoyed our stay at David's Holiday Home on the Kilronan Castle Estate. The location proved convenient for day trips to Co. Donegal, Co. Galway, and especially Co. Sligo (which was one of our favorites!). The unit had everything we needed for our family of 4 (including 2 teens) to spread out and enjoy, prepare meals, and even do laundry (we stayed there during the middle of a multi-week trip to UK & Ireland.) Everything was as described in the place- and, importantly, the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed exploring the castle grounds, while I (Sean's wife) splurged for a wonderful massage and Thermal Suite at the Spa. Hubby & I also enjoyed a Guinness in the castle Dungeon Bar a couple of nights during our stay. Check-in & other instructions were clear and easy to follow. David was prompt in following up with any questions we had. We would happily stay again and/ or recommend to others.

Peaceful and restful stay with beautiful surrounding scenery. Easy check-in, very clean and tidy, and comfy beds.

Charming chalet set in a peaceful location. Check in was easy, the house was spacious and well equipped with all that you need for cooking, cleaning etc. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Plenty of green space and walks surrounding the chalet which was great for our dog, Cooper. Plentyof parking spaces which was ideal . My husband loved the proximity of the golf courses and made good use of them during his break. Whereas my Mum thoroughly enjoyed the hotel day spa and we had a delicious dinner and drinks in the hotel one evening. We highly recommend this Air B n B to all families and are very grateful to Ryan and co hosts for sharing it with us. Thanks again, Rob, Ash and Eli x

Shamrock cottage was so beautiful. The location , the views are breathtaking. The house is so nice, clean. Loved every minute here. A fair warning the lockbox was hard to find, hidden behind trees and hard to open as it is dark in there but Anita was very helpful and kept talking me through it. But eventually it was all worth it. The lake view is so serene, the cows were so friendly too! We left some stuff behind and Anita was so wonderful trying to help us get our stuff back. She also went out of her way to help us find us a golf course. We really enjoyed our stay at shamrock cottage.

Great location particularly for kayaking. boating and wild swimming. Small town close by for all bits n pieces. Crom estate just down the road is worth a visit. Erne's Bistro in Lisnaskea nice place to eat, also the Moorings Restaurant at Fivemiletown. Lovely countryside, 20 minute drive to Enniskillen. If you fish it's mainly pike. Very nice house and brilliant for dogs. The extra large patio was a big part of our stay watching people waterskiing and coming to the jetty just nearby. A beautiful part of the world.

Apartment was very nice. great situation, close to bars, restaurants and cafes. Beaches were within walkable distances. Rooms were clean and access was easy.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious and well equipped house that our host Philip arranged for us (due to the power loss cause by a storm in the original house, Philip suggested a Carrick self catering house in Carrick-on-Shannon). Located right in the center, we had a private parking, pubs and restaurants at our doorstep and a view on the beautiful Carrick marina. Philip was very friendly and helped us feel super welcome. All in all, a nice cosy house in a perfect central location.

From the minute I booked Katie was on hand with advice , suggestions etc. A first class service from start to finish. the accomodation itself was above expectations, little gestures like a breakfast and snack hamper, spotless in every room it was more than a home from home and added so much more to my first experience of Belfast. Absolutely loved it and would most definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a really great stay in Rob and Bex’s beautiful apartment. A perfect base for visiting family in the area. We’d love to stay here again on a future visit!

The Lakeshore apartment couldn’t have been more clean and comfortable, nor could its location and views be surpassed. It exceeded expectations and we are very happy we found the apartment. Gary was a wonderful host and our experience was truly comfortable and easy. Perfection!

Many thanks to Adrian for a lovely stay on Boa Island - accommodation was spacious and pristine and easy to check in and the location is superb with just a short walk down to the lough for either a walk along the edge through the fairy wood towards the jetty and small beach or to have a play in the playground or a barbecue in the better weather. All together a real treat of a place and will definitely be back to book the bigger chalets available with the hot tubs! Also thank you Adrian for the tasty gift of a wheaten loaf - it was delicious!

We had a wonderful stay and rented the full space—perfect for our family. Michael and Nicola are everything Airbnb was meant to be: warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Unlike many hosts these days who are remote owners, they live on-site and truly care about their guests. They greeted us with enthusiasm and gave great tips on local sights. Our 6-year-old daughter had an amazing time playing with their daughter (also 6). The property is very family-friendly with a zip line, tennis court, playhouse, trampoline, and two friendly dogs who acted as our guides on peaceful walks. The private suite was quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This was a personal, memorable experience—highly recommended!

Beautiful area with stunning views. Amenities, space and cleanliness were all great, absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Donna the host or this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We will be back again

Our second time at Amanda’s house. We had such a great time there. The house is so clean and comfortable. It’s a perfect base for exploring the area and so close to the beach. We 100% recommend this house :)

We were delighted by our time in Tosses Cottage. It was a beautiful place to stay in the glorious rolling hills and countryside. The hot tub was an extra special treat. Colleen was very responsive and helpful in all communications and everything was as she said it would be.

A great find to get to experience the castle grounds and still have your own space. House is really cool, and is nicely modernized

Had a great stay at Neil & Aileens place. Delightful cottage with beautiful views. 10 minutes from the fantastic Portnoo beach and 10 minutes from Ardara also. Place has everything you need for a great stay. Neil & Aileen great hosts. Hope to return over the coming months. Thanks guys!!

What an pretty spot direct on Lough Allen. Totally private and peaceful, a great place to unwind. Decorated with lots of personal individual things, very homely and cosy. The pictures speak for themselves. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and slept like logs.

Spacious accommodation for a couple or staying solo as i was. Big bathroom. Super comfy bed. Kitchen had everything you’d need. I had a lovely quiet stay - exactly what I wanted!
