Spend the night in an atmospheric cottage! In the 19th century there was a forest ranger's cottage. The current cottage, built in the 1950s, tells you about the past. The cottage has electricity, an air source heat pump, and a water point in the sink. In the chamber, two bunk beds, blankets 4 pcs, pillows8, and sheets. Important things can be found: an outdoor toilet and a yard sauna (1992) with a hot water spoiler and shower. There's a new lean-to and campfire in the yard.

We had a great time at Villa Jäkälä. The house has a very nice design and the surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The sauna features wooden benches arranged along the walls, providing a spacious area for relaxation. A stove is positioned in the corner, surrounded by dark tiles that enhance the room's calming environment. Natural light streams in from the open door.

Communication with Marika is fast and straightforward Traveling with 🤗 a dog, I appreciated the tranquility of the place and the possibility of access to the forest, and yet not far from the big road. I had a wonderful time in this cottage in the middle of the beautiful forest of Saräsiniemi. I was completely at peace and enjoyed the silence. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen worked perfectly, and the outdoor terrace had a good grill and hot tub, which I was happy to use. Eve is great – she came to meet us in person and explained everything about how the cottage works. A perfect holiday in every way! I will definitely come again!
