Vacation rentals with a patio in Ulcinj Municipality

A very cozy and cute place, very close to the beach. The inner courtyard is truly charming, with a modest but nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Lots of comfy chairs and lazy bags to chill. Though, if you want to chill alone and have some more intimacy, this place isn’t it, as other tenants are quite close to you. The hosts are permanently present, but they are very friendly and they cook amazing food, at a very reasonable price. The interior is a bit more modest and rather small, so it’s best for two persons. At night, there’s a bit of noise from the town, but it’s subdued by the sound of crickets. Overall, highly recommended.

Am Ende der Welt und dann links die Schotterpiste herunter. Idyllisch am Flussufer gelegen mit einer schönen Terrasse. Ich fand es sehr romantisch. Das Wasser aus der Leitung riecht ein bisschen komisch und das Bett quietscht etwas, aber wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt... Ich würde wieder herkommen.

Ontzettend fijn appartement om in te verblijven. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, schoon en op een toplocatie. Het is maar een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en de boulevard. Stefan is een zeer fijne gastheer: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed te bereiken. Mijn moeder en ik zouden dit verblijf van harte aanbevelen!

Bardzo dobra komunikacja, właściciel szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości. Przepiękny balkon i widok na morze oraz zachód słońca. Pokoje przestronne. Po przyjeździe Na miejscu było trochę pajęczyn i kurzu a miejsce to nie znajduje się bezpośrednio przy morzu jak w ogłoszeniu. Trzeba pokonać schody lub dość ostre zejście w dół ale jest to dość blisko. W okolicy nad morzem dwie bardzo dobre knajpki. Mała spokojna wioska - spokój i cisza!!! - ogromny plus patrząc na pobliskie miasta pełne ludzi, chaosu i korków! Wieczorami cisza i rozgwieżdżone niebo. Klimatyzacja w kuchni i sypialni. Bardzo mili właściciele. Polecamy!

Milan, mint házigazda kiválóan magas értékelést érdemel!!! Gyors válasz minden kérdésre, érkezéstől távozásig mindenben segítségünkre volt,hasznos tanácsokkal látott el. A szállás panorámája, tisztasága kifogástalan, a szállás szolgáltatásai hibátlanok voltak, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ami nem Milan hibája, hanem az országé, hogy nagyon sok a szemét az utak mentén, a közlekedés siralmas, van mit fejleszteni nagyon sokat. Az áram és a víz ellátás miatt a kényelmi berendezések nem voltak használhatóak, de ezen könnyen túl lehet lendülni, nekünk sikerült, ez ne szegje kedvét senkinek. A szálláshoz szerintem elengedhetetlen egy autó bérlése, Milan ismerőse megbízható, korrekt, jó áron biztosít hozzá autót! A vezetékes víz fogyasztása nem ajánlott, jó áron lehet venni mindenhol vizet, még a teához, kv hoz, leveshez is csak ezt ajánljuk!!! Gyönyörű látványosságokban gazdag a környék, csak a közlekedés siralmas, erre fel kell készülni.

We had a great stay at Elma’s flat. We could easily walk into the centre of Ulcinj in the evenings and drove out to Velika Plaza for kitesurfing during the day. The views from the balcony were awesome! Flat was clean and Elma was very helpful during the stay. We had a great time and would come again!

Öncelikle bu harika deneyim için Constanze’ye teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her durumda bizlere yardımcı oldu. Hatta ilk gün hava aşırı yağmurlu olması dolayısıyla markete gidemedik o da bizimle yemeklerini paylaştı ayrıca biz gelirken ceket getirmediğimiz için kendi ceketlerinden bize getirdi. Şehri keşfetmemiz noktasında da bize gerçekten harika bilgiler verdi. Constanze sayesinde tatil deneyimimiz beklediğimizden çok daha iyi geçti kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim. Son olarak ev görsellerdeki ile birebir aynıydı hatta bence görsellerdekinden çok daha güzeldi, manzarası enfesti.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. (Grill, Weingläser etc.) Alles, was man braucht, um sich einen gemütlichen Abend zu machen. Die nächsten Häusern sind einige Meter entfernt, sodass man auch bis spät draußen sitzen und Kartenspielen oder sich unterhalten kann. ́Man hat von der Terasse aus auch Blick auf die Berge und man sieht den Sonnenaufgang. Auch gibt es nette Besucher, morgens kam der Esel des Dörfchen zu Besuch und abends haben sich die Nachbarskatzen zu uns gekuschelt. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gastfreundlich MitarbeiterInnen (Achtung am besten Bargeld dabei haben) in Fußnähe. Aber für andere Aktivitäten (außer Wandern natürlich) sollte man ein Auto einplanen. Anett war immer gut erreichbar und dank ihrer Tipps und Wegbeschreibung, hatten wir keine Probleme bei An-oder Abreise. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße P&L

Super expérience, le cadre de cette maison est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous ! Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et attentionné tout au long de nos vacances ! Un grand bravo pour à eux pour avoir construit ce joli nid de tranquillité au milieu de la nature et des animaux !

To byly wspaniale wakacje w domu Vera. Pani Vera jest mila i przyjazna i byla zawsze pomocna jesli cos potrzebowalam. Dom super dostosowany dla 4 osob + 1 male dziecko z nami bylo. Polecam serdecznie pobyt wakacyjny w domu pani Vera. Bardzo podobalo mi sie i mojej rodzinie.. Niedaleko do pobliskiej plazy. Dziekuje Vera za super wakacje .Pozdrawiam,Dorota.

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

Very nice apartment with a super balcony. The host Burhan is super helpful and will help you with everything. Highly recommended!

Our stay with Branka was simply beautiful! Branka is the sweetest Host we ever had, she always made us feel very welcomed and helped us with whatever we needed. The Apartment itself was small but charming. Even though it is clearly very old and run down we felt very comfortable. Our biggest highlight was the beautiful beach that is 10 minutes walking from the Apartment, for us it was so much nicer than being on the main beach of Dobra Voda and easier to reach from our place. All in all we recommend the apartment and everything that includes the stay at Brankas beautiful House. (Delicious ice cream and bakery surprises, seasonal fruits from the trees of the garden and a host that makes you feel like a friend.) We hope to have the chance to come back some day!

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es ein Ort ist, der ihm und seiner Familie wichtig ist - und genau so lässt es sich hier leben. Wir konnten als vierköpfige Familie gut und bequem dort schlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und hochwertig. Noch nie hatte ich Silit-Pfannen in einer Ferienwohnung. Martin ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber, der sich um alles bestens gekümmert hat und die ganze Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Besonders zu betonen ist auch die sehr große Sauberkeit, etwas das mir sehr wichtig ist und woran es andernorts mangelt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch, im Ort selbst muss man als Fußgänger und im Auto mit dem Verkehr gut aufpassen. Die Velika Plaža ist ein toller Strand (auch für Kinder), das Restaurant Il Galeone in der Nähe sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung!

Luka ist sehr freundlich, trotz eines Fehlers meinerseits hat er super reagiert und war sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung mit dem Blick auf die Festung von Ulcinj ist traumhaft, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We have nothing but praise for the host and the apartment! The location is fantastic – convenient and perfect for all needs. There’s parking in front and a supermarket right in the building, and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and entertainment options nearby. Velika Plaza is also very close, as are the Ulcinj city center and the old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. But what really stood out was the host – incredibly kind, approachable, proactive and always ready to help. They provided us with so much useful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home! As someone who has been working in tourism for many years, I can confidently say that this host sets the standard for exceptional hospitality and is truly one of a kind. We were absolutely delighted, and we can’t wait to return!

This is the best residential experience we have ever had! I was amazed at the beautiful design at a glance. The owner who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced all the facilities carefully. The design of the room is also great, very suitable for the whole family to travel and live in. The surrounding scenery is perfect, especially the most beautiful sunset. I would love to stay there again!
