The wooden house, built in 2024, stands in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely unspoiled island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

In the apartment there are two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Parking in front of the house is paved and fenced. Directly next door is a fish restaurant where you can spend a cozy evening. Other restaurants about 300 m away. Mosquito nets are available on the doors.
