The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, the main kitchen & shower are shared. No pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Approximately 6’3” AIRBNB kitchen rules: leave the kitchen the way you found it or don’t use it. 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. There is a futon in the living room with Linens available in bedroom County of Lake charges an occupational tax of 11.5%. Which is added to your total.
