super nice place to have for yourself. Take time to yourself while being close to the center of both Weligama and Mirissa. Both are easy to reach with a tuktuk or bus within 10 min. Sahan was super friendly and also his father helped us to all our wishes. The house was clean and atmospheric. The rooms were spacious, the pool was great and was cleaned every day.

Had the most amazing time at Punchi Doowa—the property was stunning and peaceful. The service by Pubudu and Umesh was exceptional. We were welcomed with fresh coconut water, and the meals they cooked were so good, we didn’t eat out once! They also helped us arrange a scooter with helmets in minutes. Special thanks to Hettie—so generous and kind. I started a book from her collection and when I asked if I could buy it, she let me keep it. I left one of mine behind in return. The toiletries smelled like organic heaven—and as a woman, having good shampoo and conditioner while traveling is such a joy! One of the most magical moments? Seeing fireflies light up the garden at night—it felt like a storybook scene. My boyfriend and I kept saying we need to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Super beautiful and new villa, within walking distance of the center of Mirissa. It is the most luxurious accommodation we have stayed in during our trip. It was incredibly clean and the private pool was great! You even have an outdoor toilet and shower. In addition, someone is always present if you have any questions. We were there with the two of us, but you can stay with two couples, where you also have enough privacy. I can definitely recommend it.

We have just returned from 7 wonderful nights at Sudath's beautiful beach home in Ambalangoda. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated with a delightful mixture of the old and new. The location is superb and we spent hours sitting on the veranda or the beach patio watching the waves (it is Monsoon season so no swimming) and reading and relaxing. Sudath was very helpful and welcoming. He arranged reliable and reasonably priced airport pick up and drop off as well as helping us with taxis and tuk tuks whenever we needed. A special mention must go to his team too, especially Chamali who was so very friendly, helpful and the most wonderful cook. The breakfasts were amazing and she kindly made me vegan pancakes and delicious coconut roti along with home made jam, fresh fruit juice and tropical fruits aplenty. We hadn't planned on eating much at the villa, but the food was so good we ended up eating there every single night of our stay! Vege curries and Kottu to die for.

Such a wonderful villa on top of the hill over looking the nearby Urakuruwa beach. Lovely big and well decorated room with balcony, kitchen and en suite bathroom. Stunning views over the beautiful garden, jungle and the ocean. Great breakfast and wonderful team who looked after us so well. Highly recommend.
