I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It is a beautiful place in a secluded part of town tucked off the main road on a calm side street. The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms clean and super quiet and the ac works brilliantly. The host is so responsive and quick to reply. There are family and friends who are local and proved so helpful in finding local places as well as being great hosts and entertainers. I’d also strongly suggest getting dinner and breakfast cooked for you if the option is available, you won’t regret it, it was stunning and great value!! It felt so much more than just a place to stay, I feel I’ve had the full ‘Sri Lanka’ treatment that I hear so often about, warm, kind and full of laughter. Thankyou for a great stay, I wish I could have stayed longer. ඔයාට ස්තූතියි M+S xx

This place is absolutely incredible, and the pictures do not do it justice. The private pool was incredible, seeing the bat migration was worth staying in for. The service was top notch, and they anticipated our every need. The bathrooms are luxurious. You will find a few surprises that will blow you away, in a positive way. We don't want to ruin for you. I booked this for a few of my friends who came from Spain for vacation in SL. The place was great and had all the required ammentities and it was a pleasurable stay. We really enjoyed the place and the view was amazing. It was a great value for money and very worth it. Devindra was a great host and communicated with us when we required assistance. Overall a wonderful experience and a great host.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Kuliyapitiya! It was a 5-star experience all the way. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, and the level of privacy was just what we were looking for. The inclusion of two bedrooms, each equipped with AC, was a delightful surprise. We had all the amenities and essentials we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you
