Situated 6 km from Henån. Private B&B with a nice garden & walk distance to ocean. Only neighbour is the hosts in the house next you yours and 2 cats. Breakfast is included and served to your door daily, we clean by departure. The B&B has one bedroom with a double-bed and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped (no freezer). 50 kvm stor, modern havsnära stuga med promenadavstånd till både bad, service och nöjen i Henån. Stugan är ljust och smakfullt inredd och har öppen planlösning med mysig känsla. Bottenvåningen består av ett kombinerat vardagsrum/kök med matplats samt värmande braskamin centralt placerad. I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa och TV. På nedervåningen finns även ett fräscht badrum med dusch. Via en trappa når ni sovloftet med snedtak med två dubbelsängar. 200 m till havet finns en undangömd strand.

Huset passar barnfamiljen, golf- eller fiskegänget, vänner på utflykt. Lugnt läge (tuppen kanske hörs). Stor, insynsskyddad tomt med gräsmatta, vilda bär, klätterträd, berg. Sandlåda, fotbollsmål och studsmatta. Altan med grill. Separat eldplats för öppen eld. Kort promenad till bryggor, barnvänlig strand och krabbfiske. Vandringsleder. Nära till två golfbanor och Bohusläns vackraste besöksmål. Snabbt wifi, 5G. Får, höns och kaniner, 2 kajaker och Optimist att låna. Själva bor vi i grannhuset.

Charmig 30-talsvilla i skyddat privat läge med strandtomt. Huset ligger vackert beläget vid Rörbäckskilen med uteplats precis vid vattnet. Som gäst får ni låna: * Roddbåt, 4m * Kajak * 4 st SUP boards Här njuter man av tystnaden och naturen! Huset är fullt utrustat och möblerat. Bra internetuppkoppling via fiber. Stilen är blandad från 30-talet och framåt. Huset är dock helrenoverat under 1990-talet och sparsamt använt sedan dess. Vi hyr gärna ut månadsvis eller längre. Minst veckovis.

Wonderful summerplace close to nature and ocean.

Bright apartment (approx. 70 m2) with a beautiful garden. The area has beautiful and calm nature for walking and swimming. The ocean is only 250 m away. The apartment is located downstairs in an own house. It has 6 beds and fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The garden has a comfortable spot right outside the house for breakfast/barbeque. It’s a very childfriendly apartment and a great place for kids to play. The area is also beautiful to visit during spring, fall and winter.

Lugnt och fridfullt sommarhus i Bokenäs med egen strand. Utsikten över havet är magnifik. Stor barnvänlig tomt med sandstrand, gräsmatta, gungor, lekstuga samt en friggebod. Huset är välplanerat med vardagsrum inkl. matbord, fullt utrustat kök, badrum och totalt 4 sovrum med 2 våningssängar och 2 dubbelsängar. På terrassen finns en grill samt inglasad sittgrupp under tak och på tomten ytterligare sittgrupper. Området är lugnt och naturskönt. 2 kajaker ingår under hyrestiden.
