Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

We offer our small bungalow style apartment on our property in the tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It's a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance. But also Berlin could be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2min walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3min to Surfyng club about 5min, 500m from Wandlitzsee BHF. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
