Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Attention: Übersee is considered a spa resort, so we have to report your stay to the tourism office and additionally charge a spa tax of €1 per person for each day.

Spacious 1.5 room apartment in Overseas Field Wies, newly renovated. A 5-minute walk to Lake Chiemsee. In 15 minutes you can also walk along the beach promenade to the beach. From there, long walks in the nature reserve are possible. Around the corner is a small farm shop (open 24 hours) & the Wirtshaus Feldwies. Central and well connected location for excursions in the Achental & the entire Chiemgau.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
