Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

2.5 room apartment (66 m2) with separate kitchen with additional dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with 1.90 m bed. In the living room a large sofa bed, which (with real mattress!) can also be converted into a bed (1.60 m) and quickly converted into a sofa during the day. Toilet separate to the bathroom. Accommodation is designed for up to 4 adults. An additional infant in the bedroom is possible. Equipment available. Linens, towels, etc. are provided.

Ideally located with the train station only 3 km away and a bus stop within a 10-minute walk, we offer you the perfect base for exploration. Enjoy the sunny terrace with canopy and experience unforgettable vacation days! Attention: Übersee is considered a spa resort, so we have to report your stay to the tourism office and additionally charge a spa tax of €1 per person for each day.

Welcome to the Forester's Lodge Suite! In this absolutely quietly located apartment you will find stylishly enough space for up to three people. On about 120 m², you can relax very close to nature. No stress, no noise and a huge terrace for sunbathing or a relaxing start to the day. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your desired menu without any problems. By the way: We use 100% green electricity!

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
