Franco is the hardest working man in all of Italy! he will not stop from sunrise till well after sunset in order to serve you. Franco works for MSC cruise line and clearly understands customer service. HE DOES EVERYTHING HIMSELF. He has a couple of folks helping him but for the most part, he is a one man show. The property is lovely and his hospitality is top notch. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING FRANCO!

Great location right near the sea. Plenty of restaurants, shops and markets within walking distance.

I want to give a big shout out to Loredana! She is super friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Even though we only stay for one night here, we enjoyed the place so much! Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Bassano Romano! The property itself is stunning — every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and the amenities were absolutely top-notch. From the moment I arrived, Ilaria made me feel completely at home with her warm and welcoming hospitality. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by Serenela each morning. Her kindness and attention to detail made every meal feel special — it was the perfect way to start the day. The spa was also exceptional — peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. This place is truly a gem, and I’m already dreaming about my next visit. This hotel was one of the best hotels that we have ever been in. It was not big, but very exclusive. The room was clean, modern, well equipped. The outside environment was designed for people who enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday, surrounded by nicely maintained trees and flowers. The pool and the bar around it was definitely the highlight. One can spend a whole there enjoying the sunshine, the breeze and the wonderful drinks and food. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. Every single personnel was friendly and professional. The restaurant prepared exclusively Italian cuisine in the best quality. Breakfast as well. We were both very happy and satisfied with the threenight stay. Chambre très confortable dans un très beau cadre, Maria et son personnel sont très accueillants et sympathiques, nous dîner dans leur restaurant, une cuisine gastronomique, et raffiné qui a réveillé nos papilles. Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel avec très belle piscine, merci Maria.

Una struttura immersa nella campagna toscana, in mezzo ai vigneti, dove si respirano i profumi del mare e della natura. Un borgo medievale riportato in vita con rispetto senza rinunciare all'eleganza e al comfort. Spazi comuni molto curati e pulitissimi. Appartamento comodo e confortevole, pulito e accessoriato. Simpatia, disponibilità e precisione alla reception. Una vacanza da 5 stelle per dimenticare stress, logorio della vita quotidiana (social network e connessione a Internet compresi).

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Resort wurde spontan von uns gebucht und war überraschenderweise der Höhepunkt unseres Italien-Urlaubs. Das Resort war so luxuriös, ruhig und entspannt, dass wir gar nicht abreisen wollten. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Zimmer war genauso traumhaft wie das gute Essen und der blitzsaubere Pool. Wir können dieses Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Fünf Sterne absolut verdient!

Superbe nuit dans ce magnifique petit studio Suite! Les logements individuels sont beaux! L’espace piscine est superbe et agréable. Le logement était Parfait, lumineux, agréable, le lit au top. Seul bémol… n’avoir pas réservé pour une ou 2 nuit de plus!!😍 J’ai adoré!!! C’était PARFAIT !

logement légèrement chère mais qui en vaut la peine . La décoration est sympathique, le jacuzzi privarif très très appréciable, la piscine est cocooning nous pouvons manger sur place . Le personnel est très agréable. Proche d'Ajaccio et des plages . Je recommande fortement . Seul point négatif pas de cuisine ni de plaque de cuisson comme écrit dans la description .

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Matteo is amazing ( in fact all the staff are ) and the attentive to detail is simply exquisite making it a very unique experience . We felt so welcomed that we extended our stay longer than planned and will definitely be back!!
