Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The accommodation is modern, clean and easy to access thanks to Andree's instructions. The accommodation is in a good location, just 5 minutes from everything. The only point to improve for us would be a microwave because with a baby, it's a must for us. However, the host was able to respond to our problem by heating it at her home, but we would have needed it 3 times and we only wanted to disturb her once. So it's a great Airbnb, with an exterior to enjoy, with air conditioning, modern, tastefully decorated🥰

We had a great stay here. The apartment is remarkably quiet but also so accessible and walkable to all the restaurants and ships in historic district. Apartment was spotless and had all modern appliances and fixtures. Bed was super comfy and Romina was so helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nadia is a great host, perfect and fast communication. Always available for any questions. The apartment is perfect for two couples, nicely decorated, two full bathrooms and all the amenities. Very quiet building, easy to get into. Great neighborhood, lots of local restaurants, stores, small parks in the area. Highly recommended.

Perfect location in the heart of Trastevre. This was our second time to Rome, and second time staying at this apartment! The host was communicative and proactive in helping us secure transport and providing loads of recommendations for the area! Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in Rome! This apartment was exactly as described. It’s small but it contains everything you need and more. The location is absolutely perfect and makes it easy to walk anywhere! Our host and co host are were extremely helpful. Thanks for the experience!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean. Such a great environment. We traveled with a 1-year-old child and were very warmly received. For my daughter, there were many toys, a crawling blanket, baby bed and high chair. The small playground was also impressive. Our highlight was the great sunset and of course the most beautiful pool we have experienced so far. We can only recommend it!

Very beautiful and comfortable place that we stayed for 3 nights. The view is stunning and we could see the sunrise from the balcony. Laura was very helpful in providing information. We were able to go to many beautiful beaches just a few minutes away by car.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We had the most fantastic week in this house! The area is very remote but that meant a week of quiet and relaxation. The house itself is stunning, so well looked after. The garden area is lovely with a really nicely heater pool but also lots of shaded areas. It was spotless on arrival and communication was outstanding. Location wise it’s about a 10 minute drive from the most stunning beaches - wouldn’t advise to walk as the hill is extremely long and quite steep. A lovely supermarket only a 5 minute drive away too. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again!

Lots of good things to say about this place. It’s about 5 min walk to the Colosseum, with several good restaurants in the area and amenities. And it’s well connected to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was bigger than I expected. Stefano and Francesca were great hosts, always responsive and super helpful - gave us recommendations and were quick to help us whenever we needed. They also surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. I would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

The great experience started before entering the Airbnb. Quick responses and following up to make sure all was understood and my check in was going well. The apartment has a great spacious layout and added details that helped us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Aside from the Airbnb, the host was very attentive and detailed.

Amazing little place in the heart of Rome. Can’t recommend this enough.

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. a beautiful clean gorgeous apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding,we were met at the accommodation and shown everything. The street is equally quiet but with a lovely Roman atmosphere. We will absolutely be booking again when we return to Rome!!
