After receiving your tools and apron, and getting your hands in the dough, a delicious appetizer made with local ingredients awaits you, stimulating your appetite. You will discover every single ingredient that makes the pizza perfect, from the San Marzano tomatoes, which you will crush with an ancient tool to create the sauce for the pizza, to the buffalo mozzarella, and finally the extra virgin olive oil. With the help of our chef, you will craft your own personal Margherita pizza, a true expression of genuine flavors and love for cooking - and then you’ll get to eat it! Morning Segway tour

Discover Nice on Segway for a 1.5HR tour, in the heart of the old town and its surroundings. Departure at 9: 30am bustling ! You will quietly start the tour on the Promenade des Anglais, where your instructor will train you to the intuitive driving of the Segway gyropode. Once you've got your machine in hand, you'll see the great opera of Nice from the Quai des États-Unis, before entering the historic center of the city. Then follow your guide in the shady streets of Old Nice where the latter will explain the history of the city through many places and monuments. Cross the famous flower market on Cours Saleya to end with a beautiful photo at #ILOVENICE ! A moderate-style circuit, ideal for experiencing Nice in depth with your guide who will tell you many stories.

Naples Street Food Tour w/ Local Expert

On this 2.5 hours Street Food Tour you'll see the highlights of the historic center of Naples and taste lots of local specialties. See some of the main sights of the city, including Via dei Tribunali, San Gregorio Armeno, Piazza Bellini, Spaccanapoli and more. While you stroll around the beating heart of Naples I’ll take you to taste the famous Tarallo a traditional snack, salty and crunch that will tickle your taste buds. Savor mouthwatering Mozzarella, stop by one of Neapolitans most famous pizzerias, from 1935, to taste the traditional fried pizza and the wallet pizza, also known as “pizza a portafoglio”. As part of our 5th savory stops, taste the real “frittatina” (fried pasta, with béchamel sauce, ham, meat and peas). It just tastes like heaven! Visit the Limoncello Factory, and taste different kinds of liqueurs. Finally, while we walk through "Spaccanapoli” taste real Italian Ice Cream and sink your teeth into local pastries such as Babà and Sfogliatella from a traditional pastry shop from 1837! Take a break from travel fatigue and experience a deeper connection with Italian culture by mastering the art of homemade pasta in our hands-on cooking class in Florence. Join us at our cooking school in the historic city centre, right by the Arno River, for a fun, interactive and unique experience led by professional chefs. In various shapes, you’ll learn the secrets of making traditional Italian pasta like RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE, and TORTELLI. We provide everything you need—kitchen apron, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After crafting your pasta, we’ll cook it together and enjoy the meal family-style with the group. Tomato sauce for fettuccine is made in advance and butter&sage is made in front of you. The experience is held in English, lasts around 3 hours and includes connecting with fellow travellers while sipping organic Tuscan wine from our farm, “Dalle Nostre Mani.” At the end, enjoy some chocolate dessert with a shot of limoncello. La chicca del nostro tour é l'escursione alla suggestiva Grotta degli Innamorati di Favignana che si insinua per circa 30 metri all'interno delle rocce.
