Loft vacation rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

We had a great stay in Rome, Germanas flat was a perfect home for us. Trastevere is loud and full of live and a great starting point for getting to know the town. Germana was a very good host to us, thanks again!

It was absolutely sublime, provided one doesn’t have trouble climbing stairs and is not carrying heavy luggage…that said, Francesco very kindly & gallantly carried my suitcase for me…I was there during fabulous sunny weather so the loft with it’s partly glass roof and terrace could not have been more appreciated!

Sergio was very friendly and helpful! The place was great at a very good location. Very quiet building. Everything was amazing! We definitely recommend staying here! 🥰

We had a lovely vacation at Marco's place! The view is beautiful and the area is very quiet. As written in another comment, the bed is a couch to unfold that squeaks a little. But it has a very high-quality double mattress on which we slept well. It is also true that the refrigerator is in the same room as the bed and you have the usual noises of a refrigerator at night, but that did not bother us. We found the outdoor kitchen totally cool, it was a lot of fun to cook there and we didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. Only a fly screen against the mosquitoes would be a useful addition to the windows or doors. The contact with Marco was super nice and he even gave us a bottle of wine, which we were very happy about. We can recommend Marco and the accommodation!

Two of us spent three nights in the cozy apartment upstairs. There we especially enjoyed the quiet location in a central side street. The small balcony of the apartment offers a fantastic view of the sea and is very good for two people. Within walking distance you can quickly reach the beach with a beautiful beach bar, and all shops and restaurants are within easy reach. Giuseppe welcomed us very warmly. We felt very comfortable and would definitely travel there again.

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

Wonderful stay we had. Our 1st leg of the trip and it’s started off with such a beautiful apartment. The apartment ambient is fantastic, the building architecture is awesome. The apartment is so cosy, we sleep well every night. It’s close to all the mandatory attractions, the Ponte vecchio bridge is just minutes away from the apartment. We walk twice to the piazzale Michelangelo, once for the evening sunset and once in early morning. From the apartment, it’s an easy 20 min stroll along the riverbank, the view is awesome. Just book, stay and enjoy life! Alfredo and Maurizio are both very responsive. We communicated well. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

Fredrica and her husband were the absolute BEST hosts. They lives up to all the other reviews and more. They provided so many great recommendations and were incredibly kind. Any tourist type question I sent their way, they responded immediately. With restaurant recommendations as well as transportation tips to get there. They provided a well thought out itinerary. They also made their home so welcoming to us with arrival treats and special, signature touches. The location was central and walkable to everything. Would highly recommend!! One note: the ceiling height in the upstairs bathroom is a bit limiting (Sloped). Our family isn’t very tall, so it was fine for us but if you’re over 6 ft, want to make note of that.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Great location just a little over a block from metro. Place was very clean. Very modern amenities. Location was on street level but the street has no vehicle traffic so no noise or pedestrians walking by. Super easy self check in.

I cannot say enough great things about Chiara’s beautiful Airbnb! This amazing gem is nestled into the beautiful Tuscan countryside and has everything you would ever need from parking, laundry, ping pong, and the most gorgeous pool I’ve ever seen. We had such a great stay and Chiara was very responsive to any questions we had. There are a couple close restaurants as well as a grocery store about 10 minutes away that we went to. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the pool was so refreshing after our days of exploring. Chiara leaves a great bottle of wine that we enjoyed the first night on our private balcony overlooking the gorgeous views. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever come back!!

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, you can feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

C'est très magnifique! The port is a great location. Quiet street. Even though it's top floor there is an elevator so no worries! Great communication about any questions that we had, and so hospitable when they greeted us to check in. We arrived during a UN conference on the port so we had to get special permission, and Vassil met us at the port and helped us get in with not problems! Very convenient location to get to old town or hop on a tram . Very nice patisseries close by. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. They provided so many great recommendations.

A bucolic house among the hills of Abruzzo. Beautiful living room. Very spacious with all kitchen comforts included. Everything is very clean and Gerardo was very kind.

Loft in a very characteristic medieval village. Friendly and helpful host. Clean environment, equipped with every comfort. Great location for visiting the streets of the coast, spending evenings relaxing and quiet.

Thus far meeting Nineta in Trapani Bend the best part of our visit to all of Sicily….Her home is/was amazing with incredible views of the Mediterranean sea shore… And very very close to amazing restaurants and cafés. We w WILL be back to visit again!

A large, very clean house, with a nice bathroom, kitchen and all comforts including air conditioning. There is always parking in front of the house. Domenico's mother, a very kind person, welcomed me. I am satisfied, I recommend it.

Angela's home offers great peace and tranquility, surrounded with nature, with stunning views of her garden and the mountains, farms, and valleys of the Apennines of Rieti. The home was immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities you need.

Roberta was always responsive to all requests, accommodation with value for money without pretensions, see the representative photos. If you want great luxury, it's up to you to choose on your budget.

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

A short walk from the sea, close to restaurants and supermarkets, spacious and clean, air conditioning that helped us survive on the hottest days, great price given the area where it is located.
