Vacation rentals with a kayak in Tyrrhenian Sea

Casa bella con ottima vista. Piccole cose da sistemare ma nell’insieme un ottimo posto con spazi interni ed esterni generosi. La zona e molto bella, con spiagge vicine in una zona sicura.

Ideal for mother and daughter travelling, easy to get to by bus from Sorrento, about a 15 minute walk along the main road, separate wet and dry bathrooms, room was very clean and tidy, great view from the terrace, clean bath towels provided. The owner was quick to answer messages and even offered to call a man to carry our luggage to the marina when we checked out.

Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Stefano was very responsive - gave clear instructions and recommendations as well as checking in to see if we were happy. All amenities listed were there and the place looked bigger than in the photos. We found it very helpful to be able to do our washing in between cities (washing machine, capsules and washing line line). About 5 minute walk from metro and train station which will take you a 5-10 minute ride to the "main" Napoli station for all your daily adventures. Only slight thing to note for future guests is the uphill location which was a little difficult when traveling with a suitcase. But it wasn't awful at all and didn't impact our stay negatively, just made a fun challenge at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend for those wanting to explore in and around Naples with an apartment that feels homely and more than a place to rest - with a very responsive and proactive host.

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

Wir haben in Marcos Unterkunft eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Besonders haben uns die beiden Terrassen mit wunderschönem Ausblick gefallen. Man kann bis zum Meer schauen und wenn man früh aufsteht, einen tollen Sonnenaufgang anschauen. Der Garten ist sehr besonders und es gibt einen Pool. Marco war super nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns ein paar tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. One of the most gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean I have ever seen! Ferdinando’s place was clean and had everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable place to relax in while enjoying the views. The private beach was also very beautiful and easily accessible! The location is also situated minutes away from Scopello Village and Zingaro, so there is plenty to do in the area. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They greet you upon arriving and walk you through everything you need to know about the amenities in the house. This was a dream stay, I highly recommend this place!

Such a beautiful place! Private, peaceful, a little slice of paradise. We really enjoyed our stay. The maisonette was as described and located in a great part of the island - a lovely launch point for beach adventures and scenic hikes. Amandine and Stan were great hosts, quick to respond and very gracious. Highly recommend the cottage for your next Corsican getaway!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Lage und Atmosphäre des Hauses sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Branca und ihren Erltern vor Ort sehr hilfreich. Wir waren zu zweit und dafür hatte das Haus genau die richtige Größe, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Außendusche haben wir gerne und oft benutzt. Da wir mit unseren Seekajaks unterwegs waren, war der direkte Einstieg ins Wasser unterhalb des Hause ideal. Mehrere Terrassen und viel Liegmöglichkeiten. Auch fein, dass man vor dem Haus unter einem Dach sitzen kann und aufs Meer schauen. Haben im Haus und auf dem Grundstück 2 erholsame Wochen verbracht.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und ich kann mich allen vorigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Lage, das exklusive Terrain mit Blick aufs Wasser und eigenem Steg, Kajak, SUP, den verschiedenen Plätzen zum Ausruhen, die Liegen und die Terrasse: dieses Domizil ist was ganz besonderes und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir konnten für uns sein, aber Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah genug. Und nachdem wir uns mit dem Boot vertraut gemacht hatten, drehten wir unsere Runden und sind auch öfter rüber gefahren, um andere Strände oder Gegenden zu erkunden, selbst zum Joggen um den einen oder anderen Zipfel der Bucht. Empfehlenswert der Spaziergang durch Alt Murter hoch zur Kirche St. Rocco mit einem grandiosen Rundumblick über die Bucht mit den vorgelagerten Inseln. Eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Leben in der Großstadt.

Such a special place! This was our first holiday away as a new family with our 8 month old baby and we were a bit nervous about the trip - but it was 1000% worth any stress travelling there to then relax in this beautiful oasis. We loved walking down to the sea admiring the trees laden with fruit, flowers, butterflies, enormous cactuses, olive and lemon groves and listening to birdsong. Our hosts Dario & Agnes were as friendly as their dogs who our little one quickly became enchanted by. The cottage is cosy, and its veranda and outdoor kitchen and shower make it extra special. I loved cooking in the simple but well kitted out kitchen. Delicious fresh ingredients, nice sharp knives (a welcome touch for anyone who likes to cook) and a view out onto greenery made it such a peaceful place to prepare a meal. Which we’d then enjoy in the cool shade under flowers and greenery of the veranda… am already dreaming of being back! We can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for 2 weeks. The grounds are expansive beautifully maintained and gives you the feeling of constantly being surrounded by nature. The two separate cottages were nicely situated with comfortable bedrooms and lovely indoor/outdoor sitting spaces. We absolutely loved relaxing by the pool and cabana area during the times that we weren't at the beach. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed most of our days there, floating in the crystal clear waters and soaking up the sun. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. We already miss our stay there and are looking forward to coming back!

Cosimo is a fantastic host. He is kind, warm, sincere and helpful. We came away feeling like we were cousins we hadn’t seen in a little bit— La famiglia! We would absolutely recommend this for families… so many animals on property and domus di janus— the kids spent a lot of time outside playing with the animals— a quintessential agritourismo. Siamo andati via sentendoci come cugini che non vedevamo da un po': La famiglia! Lo consiglieremmo assolutamente alle famiglie... così tanti animali nella proprietà e domus di janus: i bambini hanno trascorso molto tempo fuori a giocare con gli animali: un agriturismo per eccellenza. My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

Herziges kleines Hüttchen nicht weit vom Meer. Für 2 Personen tip top. Bio-Toilette musste man oft leeren, aber es ging ganz gut. War ein gelungener Aufenthalt und ich kann die Unterkunft gut weiterempfehlen.

Poche volte mi è capitato di esser sorpreso così in positivo da un luogo su cui avevo già altissime aspettative. Michele, il padre di Clarissa, ha realizzato un vero e proprio gioiello. Una tenuta curata in ogni minimo particolare con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago. Uno scenario da film. Casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort; quando arrivi la trovi già raffreddata con il condizionatore, Michele ti accoglie con un brindisi per presentarsi e in due secondi sei in paradiso. Il giardino (che sembra un campo da golf) si affaccia sul lago dove a disposizione degli ospiti c’è un pedalò da cui ammirare la natura intorno (boschi, germani reali e aironi) e i meravigliosi tramonti che colorano l’acqua e il cielo. Il quantitativo di servizi offerti è infinito. È una location che sta comodamente nella categoria lusso. Michele è un ottimo padrone di casa e un ottimo cuoco.
