Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Modern design villa by the sea with private beach

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.
