I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

We had the most amazing weekend at Alice’s. She was a beautiful and gracious host. She made us banana nut bread! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the lake. I would recommend staying here and plan to be back!!

The view of the lake was amazing. She was very quick to respond if there was anything needed. I loved the recommendations that she sent over. We overall had a wonderful experience!

What a great little studio for a Birthday get away trip to Bethel Woods concerts, etc. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning or a nightcap after your days activities. 2 restaurants within a 100 yards, the Tap n Table was excellent with really Friendly staff. Must have breakfast at least once at Bethel Market Cafe, the Best! All this less than 15 minutes in any direction. I would like to come back in the Summer to take advantage of the Lake activities. Wonderful stay!

The location was absolutely stunning! The river in the backyard created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean. At one point, it rained, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

Very good place, safe, easily accessible. Parking was a plus and so easy to get to. Josiah was very attentive and super accessible by text. Offered tons of suggestions. This location is right on the main street where all of the bars are and it could not have been in a better spot for me and my boyfriend on our weekend trip.

Thank you to Heidi for hosting my family in her beautiful Airbnb. They went to New York to visit a sick relative and she made their stay a welcomed retreat from the hospital. If we ever need to go back to this area of New York we will definitely ask to stay at this Airbnb. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful three-month stay here at the lake. The setting was beautiful and Elmir was a fantastic host. I especially liked watching the people enjoying the lake when it was frozen over, and the Buffleheads and other diving ducks after the ice was gone.

From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of peace—it’s incredibly tranquil, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, with a running stream just steps from the front door. The home itself strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, the decor is thoughtful and unique: a nostalgic mix of vintage childhood sports photos, striking modern art, and beautiful antiques. It all blends together to create a space that feels both stylish and deeply personal. The fireplace is a centerpiece—warm, inviting, and stocked with enough firewood to last all summer. This isn’t just a house—it’s a welcoming home. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail. Located just 15 minutes from Bethel Woods, it’s the ideal escape from NYC. I can’t wait to return.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. Dave's place is absolutely phenomenal. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Dave was very responsive and friendly. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this place to friends when they're in the vicinity.

Suzanne’s place is a beautiful house in a serene setting. We loved everything about the house - the well appointed furnishings, comfy beds, spacious kitchen stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. The fully finished basement with a pool table and darts was a great bonus. The outdoor area was truly the crown jewel. We spent our days by the lake fishing and enjoying the surrounding nature. We hope to be able to come again.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

We stayed up here for a weekend and it was very quiet and there is stream nearby which is lovely to listen to the water falling over rocks--so incredibly peaceful. The neighbors are very close and its right off the road but you're tucked away into a little cove so it feels more nature. Great natural light and lots of windows!

Excellent location with private pond. This home was truly built for a family gathering. Wonderful entertaining spaces, large fireplace with an expansive kitchen to cook in. There is a large game room with board games to suite all ages, billiards, croquet, and a small row boat for fun.

Steven was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was well maintained. The kayaks were fun. The outdoor area was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for regarding privacy. All amenities were as described.

Great family ski weekend! Views are amazing with close location to 2 ski areas. Very clean and cosy with everything you need a comfortable stay. Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a Pocono ski get away.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

Great stay! Joe was very responsive and it was a very easy check in and check out process. The space is just as described in photos and was the perfect room for a wedding at the hotel. Would stay again!

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Little getaway was wonderful. There was warmth as soon as we walked in, and that comfort lasted throughout our whole stay at the house. Diana was accommodating and available with any situations we had. We will definitely be coming back.
