The LightKeepers Cottage is a unique property bordering the historic Cape Forchu Light house. Its last owner was a direct descendant from the original Lightkeeper James Fox. It is furnished with many interesting antiques, original paintings and prints. The cottage is situated on 3 acres of oceanfront, extending from the Yarmouth Harbour in front to the tumultuous False Harbour behind that lured many ships to an untimely end. The rooms are spacious and comfortable providing spectacular sea views.

Come join us on the Most Southern Point of Nova Scotia. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Walk the many white sand beaches. Lots of wildlife in the area, Deers and rabbits. And of course, an important bird watching area. Two Domes included with an outdoor kitchen area. multiple firepits and decks. Compost toilet outside the Dome. Propane fired hot shower. This is camping with a G! Glamping! So dress for camping on Nova Scotia's coast. We have a wood stove in the main dome for some Winter comfort.

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

NO CLEANING FEE!!! Located in West Pubnico, 840 square feet of open space decorated in mid century modern style and all white shiplap. There is a 3 piece bathroom with a shower. The rental is above our garage and set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.

We had a fabulous stay at the cabin. It was a very peaceful setting and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the hummingbirds. The cabin was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. Access to the lake was a real bonus. Bertrand was an excellent host and very responsive to messages.

Sarah and Jonathan are simply the most wonderful hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcomed into their lovely loft. Their hospitality truly goes above and beyond – they even reached out to see if I wanted any haddock when they had a delivery planned, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The welcome gift was also thoughtful. The loft itself is simply perfect. It's beautifully designed and equipped with absolutely everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
